Deposit - Reservation

The reservation is confirmed after the deposit is received. The deposit can be placed by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

On the arrival day, the apartment is available from about 3 p.m. Should you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. On the departure day, check out time is no later than 10 o’clock.

Cancellation fees

In case of a cancellation up to 1 month before arrival, the deposit will be kept as cancellation fee. In case of a cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the booked stay, up to 13 days before the arrival date as well as in case of a delayed arrival or a departure ahead of schedule, we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
