Above the village Ortisei, at 1500 m asl, there is the small and romantic village Bulla / Bula where you can still find the charm of unspoilt nature. In the midst of old mountain farmhouses, which lie like swallow's nests on the mountain slopes, you can find our non smoking house with two holiday apartments. We offer an allergy sufferer friendly and pet free environment.

As you can understand from these examples, you live in a very environmentally oriented house, which is energy-self-sufficient and emission-free. Thanks to our photovoltaic power plant, our thermal solar panels and the pellets heating system, we permanently produce clean energy avoiding the emission of CO2.
Due to this positive carbon footprint, we are able to completely compensate your emission of CO2 during your holidays, from the arrival until the departure.
